The stupid on loan air/water pump finally broke down today, in the past 4 weeks work is like hell when working wif it, cutting off in middle of operation for nearly a million times. They used to be okay again if we violently shake it, but today no matter how we kick it, punch it, slap it, u name it, we've tried all we can do n the darn things jus wont move. We've ordered the guys to come over to fix it for 3 weeks n they never turn up. We asked for our own compressor which they claim should be ready last week, and they dun hav it... doctor was so fustrated that he decide to buy a complete new compressor for like 7 grand, and now the trademan said they'll be there in 2 hrs... Anyway, we jus hav 3 patients today, n i get to hav a 4hrs early leave... n coz i'm INSIGNIFICANT that i cant get to do anything... so i got home at 12, n leave again at 4 for uni...

the other day, i was so pissed that i finally get to call ATO n ask them wat is happening. They spend a long time looking for my application paper and finally he got it but still havnt been processed. Mayb i sounds abit aggressive i guess, n the supervisor said he will process it rite away on the phone, so i got my number after all... To my surprise, they r extremely polite unlike those rude staff at the branches (esp that indian guy who used to work there), they appologies "i'm very sorry ma'am for letting u wait so long" for abt 5 times throughout the whole phone call
